Graham’s debut solo album is named after a Sinead O’Connor song. Graham sings it in a meltingly romantic voice, steadily unfolding the lyric with admirable restraint. You can’t hurry this song. He doesn’t, and he keeps his golden tone evenly throughout. Impressive.

The mood of the album is mellow which suits Graham’s voice and thoughtful interpretations. A quality debut.

This is a lovely album containing really warm renderings of some "heartfelt" songs. Interesting variations in tunes and accompaniments also contribute to making this recording a relaxed and appropriate balance to current frantic instrumental and vocal acrobatics. It contains gentle, calm, fluent and sensitive interpretations of some difficult material and the timbre of Graham’s voice enables him to do this so effectively.

He has succeeded in his efforts to move people with his singing – a formidable power.

If you have only heard Graham O'Callaghan in groups like Jinks' Stack, do listen to this CD. It is good to hear someone who can sing simply and well. A fine solo voice singing well loved songs with skill and sympathy.
